Bio-Mokka Fairtrade is a rich and harmonious coffee blend crafted from carefully selected 100% Arabica beans, grown organically and certified Fairtrade.
The blend combines three high-quality coffees sourced from renowned growing regions in Central and South America, creating a balanced composition that reflects the elegance and tradition of Viennese coffee culture.
All beans undergo the washed process, which highlights clarity in the cup and allows the natural aromas of the coffee to fully develop. The coffee is roasted in small batches with great precision to bring out the full aromatic potential of the beans.
The aroma reveals notes of roasted almonds, milk chocolate, and caramel.
On the palate, the coffee develops subtle tones of black tea, milk, and cassis, followed by a smooth, chocolate-like finish.
With its mild intensity and balanced profile, this blend is highly versatile and suitable for a wide range of brewing methods:

This blend has been roasted by our roastery since its founding in 2000, and represents a refined interpretation of classic Viennese coffee.
As with all our blends, the exact composition remains a carefully guarded secret of the roasting masters.
