The Viennese Breakfast Blend was originally developed as a classic filter coffee, designed to provide a stimulating and elegant start to the day. At the same time, this blend performs beautifully as a medium-bodied espresso or when prepared in a moka pot.
The blend consists of carefully selected 100% Arabica beans sourced from renowned coffee-growing regions in Asia, Central America, and South America. All beans are processed using the washed method, ensuring a clean, balanced cup profile.
Several Arabica varieties are combined to create a smooth, harmonious and low-acidity coffee, which in true Viennese fashion could simply be described as “ohne Wellen” — calm, balanced, and without sharp edges.
The aroma reveals notes of roasted peanuts, cocoa powder, and milk chocolate.
On the palate, the coffee develops flavors of walnut, peanut butter, and cocoa, finishing with a dry, relaxed aftertaste.

It is particularly impressive when prepared with fully automatic machines, where the right settings can produce an exceptionally refined cup.
Recommended settings for fully automatic machines:
• high brewing temperature
• higher coffee dosage
• fine grind
• pre-infusion off
• wet pressing enabled
The result is a dry, gently nutty coffee with deep chocolate tones, perfect for a relaxed and elegant start to the day.
